01Our story

From experience, a new vision.

EXTRUM grew out of the experience of Mike Di Maio, who has worked in construction and renovation for over 20 years through Dima Costruzioni.

A journey built over time, made of building sites, skills, projects and a deep knowledge of the construction world. An experience that is now evolving into a new company, with an even greater ambition.

EXTRUM was born to go further.

Beyond simply building. Beyond renovation as a one-off intervention. To create a company able to follow every project in all its dimensions: design, architecture, construction, renovation and real estate.

At its heart is a clear vision: to shape high-end residences and projects where contemporary architecture, aesthetics, functionality and refined materials come together to create unique spaces.

Every project begins with listening and takes shape through meticulous care for every detail, from the choice of materials to construction solutions, from technology to energy efficiency.
